My beach holiday part 2

When we talk about beach.. we need to take care our skin from the uv light, so we need to have sunscreen protector.

There is lots of brand, lots of different type of sunscreen protector. Either for lips, for face, for body...
No matter how much u hate it, u need to put it on ur skin.

UVA rays cause skin aging and wrinkling and contribute to skin cancer, such as melanoma
UVB rays are also dangerous, causing sunburns, cataracts (clouding of the eye lens), and effects on the immune system. They also contribute to skin cancer.
UVC rays are the most dangerous, but fortunately, these rays are blocked by the ozone layer and don't reach the earth.

SPF, an abbreviation for sun-protection factor, is a number such as 15, 30, or 50 that indicates the degree of sunburn protection provided by sunscreens. SPF is related to the total amount of sun exposure rather than simply the length of sun exposure.
