If you don't have the cash , then you can option for instalment but you also need to have credit credit card limit at least 8k-10K.  For the telco plan, it all depend on your current usage, if you use a lot of data you can opt for more data plan, and also be sure to compare minimum amount of plan usage per month to maximise your saving from the telco service.  Last but not least, If you can't afford it Don't even bother thinking of buying it. Don't suffer for it, there are other affordable smartphone and still working great.
