Hello beautiful,

I'm back with a great news for Lancôme lover! Lancôme has just recently opened their first ever boutique here in Malaysia. It is located at First Floor, The Gardens Mall. I went for a visit last week and I think you should drop by to check them out yourself too. I'm having a great time exploring all Lancôme products. They are selling makeup, skincare and perfume in the boutique. The boutique has LCD screen wall and 10 makeup station.

Today I attended Lancome luncheon at Maison Francaise. Lancome introduced their New Advanced Genifique Yeux Light Pearl. I recently added a new product to my daily skincare routine, it is the Lancome New advanced genefique youth activator. A youth activator, wow sound interesting right ? It claim to brighten up your skin in just first 7 days of using it. How to use: Apply this morning /night, after cleansing and toner.

This is the product packaging. The design is very luxury feeling, it's made out of glass bottle, the cap is plastic.

The packaging is design to prevent leakage, you can close the cap until you hear a click sound to activate the safety lock.

I like that they included a dropper, I think it is more hygienic and good control of how much product you want. Beside that, the dropper self loading, you just need to pump out the product, so it is an amount that you apply directly to your face.

The texture not too watery or sticky, it's easy to absorb, once you swipe on your face, a few second then it will fully absorb.

cons:

- quite expensive

Overall, I like this serum, after I apply it on my face, it doesn't feel sticky or greasy. It absorbs very quickly. The texture is not too watery and too sticky so it helps to glide on smoothly. I was a bit skeptical that it's going to show the result after 7 days, but my skin show that the result is good, I can see improvement on my skin, I can see that my face is firmer and glowing. I have been under the sun recently, and my skin obviously turn darker now, but this product let my skin look brighter and radiance, so I'm happy with the result. But the downside is the price quite expensive but if you'd like to try out without buying the full sized first, you can check out their counter for a sample.

Last friday 21/03/2014, I was invited to Lancome Little black bottle event where we celebrate their iconic legendary Génifique bottle at an art exhibition together with the launch of their Advanced Génifique Eye cream. There are 20 images showcase at Galeri Chandan, all images are created by 20 artists of their unique vision to the legendary Génifique bottle from all over the world. The event was interesting because it's an art exhibition / product launch event, very interesting event where everyone can enjoy looking at all the images created by artist from all over the world. And guests got the chance to enjoy eyes massaging with their NEW ADVANCED GÉNEFIQUE EYE CREAM. Not forgetting that they prepared lancome makeup artist ready to help for touch up after eye massaging session.

The product that they're using for eye massaging is the New advanced Génefique eye cream. I can feel it glides on smoothly on my skin, and it doesn't feel oily. I had the best eye massaging for that night. Then I realised that my eye makeup is not smudging. Luckily that I got to try out this eye cream before it is available in the store in Malaysia. I will do a full review on it.
